This document is the Terms and Conditions for using the Mircopet website.<\/span><\/p>

This document is a mutually binding agreement concluded between the User and Mirco LLC (ID 204996772, registered: Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Pekini st. N 15);<\/span><\/p>

Mirco LLC will be referred to as \u201cMircopet\u201d in these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>

The Terms and Conditions for using the Mircopet website, together with any amendments made to them and other regulations of Mircopet, constitute a single document and shall be considered as a single agreement concluded with the User.<\/span><\/p>

By registering on the website, the User agrees to and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>

Definition of Terms<\/span><\/h4>

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:<\/span><\/p>

  • Mircopet (hereinafter referred to as \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cwebsite\u201d) – Mirco LLC established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 204996772, registered: Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Pekini st. N 15;<\/span><\/li>
  • User – a legal entity or a natural person over 18 years of age (with legal capacity) who wishes to purchase products placed on Mircopet;<\/span><\/li>
  • User consent – the expressed consent of the User to familiarize himself with this document and to process his personal data;<\/span><\/li>
  • Direct marketing – direct and immediate provision of information to a data subject by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing and\/or supporting interest in a natural person and\/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work and\/or initiatives, as well as in image and social topics;<\/span><\/li>
  • Account – a personal page registered by the user on Mircopet;<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Without opening an account on the website, the user is given the opportunity to purchase products placed on Mircopet.<\/span><\/p>

    Each order placed by the user constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the parties to which are the user of the website and LLC “Mirco”. When placing an order, the subject of the purchase, its value and place of delivery are generated.<\/span><\/p>

    MIRCOPET undertakes to:<\/strong><\/p>

    Refund the full paid amount if;<\/span><\/p>

    • The product purchased by the customer has not been delivered;<\/span><\/li>
    • The delivered product does not match the purchased one;<\/span><\/li>
    • The delivered product is damaged.<\/span><\/li>
    • The expiration date of the product is less than 30 (thirty) days.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The refund terms are valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.<\/span><\/p>

      The User confirms and guarantees that:<\/span><\/p>

      • The information provided by him\/her is complete and correct;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She is a legally capable person, at least 18 years of age;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not use the identifying information of another person for the purpose of registering on the Mircopet website;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not use a name that may be derogatory or offensive to any other person;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not use the website for the purpose of spreading false information;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not use the website for the purpose of impersonating another company, company employee or any other person;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not violate the rights of another person by unlawful and harmful actions;<\/span><\/li>
      • He\/She will not use a device or program whose purpose is to obtain information from the website and\/or to interfere with its normal functioning;<\/span><\/li>
      • Will protect copyright and related rights, will not use, process or publish any information on Mircopet: logo, pictogram, image, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design or any other type of intellectual property without the prior written consent of Mircopet;<\/span><\/li>
      • Will not use another user’s account;<\/span><\/li>
      • Will not attempt to gain access to another user’s authorization information;<\/span><\/li>
      • Will not take any action that would jeopardize the proper functioning of Mircopet;<\/span><\/li>
      • Will not take any action that is prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement and Mircopet’s Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Placing an order and purchasing products<\/span><\/h4>

        After the user selects a product and places it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new user, the following information will be required: email, first name, last name, personal number, mobile number and address where the purchase is to be received.<\/span><\/p>

        In order to pay for Mircopet products, the user will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information provided by them in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of providing an incorrect\/incomplete address and\/or contact information, the user is responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products.<\/span><\/p>

        The user will be able to verify information about the product he purchased on his personal page.<\/span><\/p>

        Mircopet reserves the right to refuse or cancel the user’s order in case of suspicion of fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions.<\/span><\/p>

        After the consumer pays for the product, the ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the consumer.<\/span><\/p>

        Payment Rules<\/span><\/h4>

        Payment is made only by non-cash payment.<\/span><\/p>

        When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where he indicates his card details. The payment request is processed and confirmed by the bank.<\/span><\/p>

        The order is considered placed only after payment confirmation.<\/span><\/p>
