Average quantities for feeding dogs in different stages of life are listed in a separate table. For a balanced diet, we recommend feeding 1 part BELCANDO Mix it GF + 2 parts pure raw or frozen meat (e.g. BARF) or tinned meat, depending on the energy requirements of your dog. Example for an adult dog weighing 25 kg: daily ration = 180 g Mix it GF + 360 g meat. Further supplements of additional minerals (bones), vitamins and trace elements are not required. The correct feeding quantity is best determined by regularly checking the dog’s weight. For young dogs, we recommend comparing the individual weight gain over time with a growth curve typical for the breed. Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. Due to the higher content of vitamin D3, copper, zinc and selenium, this supplement should not make up more than 2/3 of the dog’s daily ration.
